The Process

How CENA Works

One team, one place, clear direction. Here is what happens from the moment you reach out.

  1. 1 · You make contact

You call the CENA team or complete a secure preliminary intake. We ask for limited information at this stage — only enough to review potential conflicts and understand urgency.

  2. 2 · Preliminary review

CENA reviews the type of matter, jurisdiction, urgency and preliminary conflict considerations. Your inquiry is held as pending review; it is not distributed, sold or shopped anywhere.

  3. 3 · We follow up

A member of the CENA team contacts you with the outcome of the preliminary review and what is needed next. If detailed information is needed, you receive a secure link to provide it.

  4. 4 · Acceptance and engagement

If a matter is accepted, you receive written confirmation and an engagement agreement. Only then does representation begin.

Submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after written acceptance and execution of an engagement agreement.
